Excellent. It certainly sounds impressive, that multiplayer sounds like it's going to be awesome even with that high number of players. I think the developers have been pretty clever with making that work.

Cool, been looking forward to this game. Thought the orginal was very good and had did not get the praise it deserved. I dont like fps online even more so on a console but I really am looking forward to playing it online.

Wow, I didn't expect it to get such a high score.
To be honest, I wasn't looking forward to this one at all. That is, until I played the beta. Even if I hate the single player, playing co-op is so fun that it alone makes it worth to me.

Resistance 2 is one of those games that manages to expand on its predecessor in every way. The single player is epic in scope and in story, which is practically worth the price of admission by itself. Then you throw in the extremely engaging co-op and competitive play, which expands on replayability in just about every way possible. Toss in a generous number of unlockables, trophies and community support, and you've got a phenomenal experience. This is an exclusive that PS3 owners should be proud to have in their collection.

I saw the video review and the game looks awesome.  Insomniac seems like a great development house.

I don't own a PS3 but i'm really pleased that the people who do are finally getting games that take advantage of the hardware like LBP and this

But those same people would get confused over Alien and any other sci-fi flick. It's just typical sci-fi horror cliche really... I mean look at the things in Dead Space and Halo and stuff. Don't get me wrong, I understand your point, BUT I think you're issue is more with the whole sci-fi genre - not just these games.

Thats really nice to see.  Personally I think that the original resistance, at least the single player killed gears of war IMO.  I have both and Gears was just ridiculous as far as single player story, progression, voice acting...ect.  Resistance had a very solid multiplayer which I still play and the Story was pretty unique as well, and I guess the set pieces were much more memorable, like the church, the hanger in bristol was amazing, and last hope in London was just phenomenal!  Gears was good, but I dunno what all the fuss was over?  Multiplayer?  That was fun but there was nothing really to hook me into it the way it did others I guess?

The Chimera totally have a better name.  I'm not intimidated by "Locust", even after having played through the first Gears."

Awesome, i was hoping it got good reviews. I was gonna buy it anyway but still good to see.

I'm am definitely going to pick up this game, and the beta made sure of that.
