Come one, man!  A bullet to the brain.  Hale got a suckers death and it was completely undeserved.  He was a single man wreaking crew in killing tons of Chimera, saving humanity (for the moment) and he gets capped???  Wow!  What are the odds that he will return for the 3rd one???

scratch that, I think the whole story sucked, and has ruined my interest in the story of the uprising of the chimera's that was laid out in Resistance 1

So to make myself clear:
Single player gameplay in R1 sucked, but story was interesting

Single player gameplay in R2 is better, but the story is ruined

I actually got a wierd feeling he doesn't die.  I'm in denial.  They couldn't seriously have made and ending that sucked that much.  He's all superpowered now so maybe Hale survived the bullet.

A bullet to the head is a good metaphor to what they did to the story.  The only good part of the ending.

Yeah man he should have went out with a bang if he was going to die, not some bullet to the brain, like maybe strap a nuke to his chest and blow the shit out of some chimera, oh well.
