hi im on the 1st chapter where u have to go to lucia and i used up all my red hex's but there was one more red hex i needed to uncover before lucia will show, but im all out of red ones now how do i get more? ive been grinding for ages monstors only dorp the white ones.

Fight more mobs...one of them should drop.

If you check the bestiary, you can see who drops red hexes. 
 
By the way, did you mean brown hexes?  I know that Fat Gangsters drop them.
