Rex Crowle is an English graphic designer, animation director and video game designer who often operating under the name of Rexbox.
From 2000 to 2006, Crowle worked at Lionhead Studios Ltd. where he served as an animator and lead graphic designer on various projects including Black & White, Fable, The Movies and a portal-based tech demo called "The Room". Leaving the studio he proceeded to work on his own projects such as an RPG themed todo list iOS application called "Epic Win". He also assisted with the development of Media Molecule's PlayStation 3 title LittleBigPlanet who he continued to work with on the franchise before joining the company as the lead designer on the PlayStation Vita game Tearaway. The unique aesthetic of Tearaway was in part inspired from various papercrafts, drawings and doodles he would often leave around the Media Molecule office.
