    Rock Band DLC Additions for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 System and Wii
    Alice In Chains formed in Seattle in 1987 and has since released four studio albums and sold more than 17 million albums worldwide. The band released Black Gives Way to Blue on Virgin Records Sept. 29, 2009, their first album in 14 years. Black Gives Way to Blue debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, and “Alice In Chains Pack 02” features two songs from this album, “Last of My Kind” and “Your Decision,” the latest single from the band’s new album. The pack also includes “Grind” and “Heaven Beside You,” from the band’s double-platinum, self-titled 1995 album; as well as “We Die Young” from their 1990 debut, Facelift.

    Available on Xbox 360 and Wii (Jan. 12) and PlayStation 3 system (Jan. 14):

    • Alice In Chains – “Grind”
    • Alice In Chains – “Heaven Beside You”
    • Alice In Chains – “Last of My Kind”
    • Alice In Chains – “We Die Young”
    • Alice In Chains – “Your Decision”


    (All tracks are original master recordings)

    These tracks will be available for purchase as “Alice In Chains Pack 02,” as well as individual tracks on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 system, and as individual tracks on Wii.

    I'll probably buy Heaven Beside you, but thats it, and i like Alice in Chains.  Does anyone know how the new album is anyway? i havent read a review of it or anything.

    I'm happy with any AIC coming as DLC, although I would prefer they concentrate on their back catalog.  They should put the entire Dirt album up as DLC.

    I like the new album a lot.  It took a couple of listens to get used to not hearing Layne Staley's signature sound though.  Jerry Cantrell and the new guy basically harmonize vocals like AIC did in the past but I find it hard to differentiate between Jerry's voice and the new guys.  To me it's basically vintage AIC musically with Jerry Cantrell doing lead vocals.  I am be biased though, I have followed the band religiously since Facelift was released.

    I like Alice in Chains, but I wish Harmonix would focus on getting some new bands for DLC.

    @Phished0ne: New album is excellent, it's pretty much a love letter to Layne Staley and has some excellent songs, especially the title track.
