At this point, I don't care much about if a song is fun to play or not. I want songs I love to listen to and Rock Band to be a supplement to Audiosurf/Beat Hazard. 
 
Therefor I give the "leaked" set list, 2 out of 5 stars.

That is a damn good setlist right there. Warriors of Rock just can't compare in my opinion. Finally having a Flaming Lips song on there seals the deal.

Those HMX guys are just great.  If the old "which X would you have a beer with" question was adapted to developers, I think Harmonix would be a popular selection.

 When the time comes to announce the full Rock Band 3 set list, you're going to hear it from Harmonix first. But probably not from John Drake. Because that guy will be dead.     

They've got The Flaming Lips, which is pretty cool.

that was the joke...a lot of those songs are from the rock band network, so that's an imported list that they're pretending is the real one. "

Thats pretty awesome they finally got some Doors up in this piece. Im aslo very pleasantly surprised to see Portions for Foxes on there, i just recently fell in love with that song (and Jenny Lewis)

From the setlist posted on page 1 I'd say they could have picked some better songs from the artists they got, but I'm DEFINITELY getting this game on the release day.
