Here's your weekly fixing of DLC for August 1st, 2008. We've got a second wave CrueFest pack and 2 tracks from System of a Down. Get into it!

I am so looking forward to Toxicity.  Life Is Beautiful is a bit generic, but at $1 it seems worth the download.  Can't say that I care for the other tracks.

I think I will pick up a couple of those.

Yes! Toxicity and BYOB are some of the few SOAD songs I like, and I was expecting some DLC when I saw Chop Suey in Rock Band 2.

I don't really care for System of a Down. No offense to their fans, but their music just seems like metal for the ADD crowd. I like Serj Tankian, though--hell, I think he's a genius.

If you really want those songs, you can request them for DLC on the Rock Band's website. I think they actually take submissions into account in a big way, or at least so they say.

I'll get both System songs, and probably Life is Beautiful.

I wish they put more Offspring on, and not the new stuff older songs like Self Esteem/I Choose etc.

Not bad. I'll be buying Toxicity, Life is Beautiful, and maybe some of the others. It's hard to pass on an 80 point song.

System tracks are both buys.

I'll definitely both of the SOAD songs, if for no other reason than to encourage Harmonix to release more SOAD. A little annoying they couldn't add another song and make it a 3 pack :P

SOAD for me, a definate purchase.

I'll take a look in to the Cruefest tracks and see what their all about.

Also, agree that some more Offspring DLC tracks would be a great choice.

SOAD!  friggin finally! Ive been waiting for SOAD songs since the first guitar hero. Tuesday is gonna be a happy day for me! :)

I'm happy they finally got Buckcherry into the game, now if they can only get some of their older stuff "Lit Up", "Borderline", "Ridin'", "Frontside", "Next 2 You", "Crazy Bitch", etc....

B.Y.O.B. is now the only song I can't five star on guitar...I just can't keep a combo!

I'll get it eventually, though. ;)
