I'm playing on PC, can I party up with console players?

@jimmi: You can only play with specific console players if you do a private match. You can be matched up with random console players when playing online, but you can't party up with console players. Also, with the private match, you can't have a mix of PC, PS4, and Xbox One players. It has to be Xbox One and PC players, or PS4 and PC players.
