Kronovi's pretty good but would be even better without adapting to the norms of twitch (emotes, subs, memes, facecam etc.). Also kind of insufferable when they're just doing regular team play, but eminently watchable during tournaments and solo matches.

When did they start allowing you to fly with the rocket boosters? Was this always in the game?

Kronovi and his teammates have been playing the last one for 6+ years, which probably explains why they're so good, since the last one is basically the same game.

He and his friends also do some pretty good tutorials on Youtube.

Cool, some pretty amazing shots there. It must be super boring for him to play against average skilled people.

I watch his streams now and then, his team is insane and both inspiring as it is soul crushing.

His Aerial control is out of this world. The aerials in the video are actually kind of sloppy compared to this actual play style. ;p

That's just mental.

Even if I was controlling the car directly with my mind and making it do exactly what I wanted I still wouldn't be able to pull this off. I fell off this game pretty fast but it's definitely impressive to watch someone this skilled at it.

@gibbs0o0: Nice, didn't realise you were a GB fan! Should've paid closer attention to the Rocket League forum on here, clearly! ;) Love watching you guys' YT and streams, I feel like I learn as much from watching them as I do playing myself.

@rollingzeppelin It's been there since the start (and in the previous game). I actually worked it out myself - I was doing the drills having just started and said, "Wait, there's literally no way to get up to that ball... unless..." I think it might also be in the advanced tutorial, although I didn't get around to that until a bit later.

I played against him (without his team) once and he didn't blow my team out of the water. So I felt good about that.

@mechakirby: Not to bring you down, but there's a chance you were playing a fake. There are several people going around with the same name.
