Rosangela Blackwell, Rosa to her friends. She is a freelance writer in New York and a bit of loner and becomes a reluctant medium, seeing and communicating with ghosts. She discovers this inherited ability soon after the death of her aunt Lauren, meeting Joey Mallone, "a spirit guide" who had been with the Blackwell family since Ronangela's grandmother, who chose to ignore him.
In the 2006 release of The Blackwell Legacy Rosangela was originally voiced by Sande Chen. But in 2011, the game was re-released with Rosangela being voiced by New York actor Rebecca Whittaker.
