    Rubi-Ka is a planet with two suns that was first explored by survey drones in the year 28702. Since then, it has been terraformed and colonized by mankind. The planet is rich in Notum, a highly sought after mineral found only on this planet, as it is needed in the production of nanotechnology, a technology which has allowed humanoids, and some creatures who inhabit Rubi-Ka, to posses magic like abilities.
