    Overview

The Rubik's cube has approximately 519 quintillion possible arrangements, (5.19 x 10^20). In 2010 a group of mathematicians and computer scientists proved that any Rubik's cube can be solved in at most 20 moves.

Most Rubik's cubes are made from an arrangement of 3x3x3 smaller cubes, although some larger arrangements do exist.
