Samurai Shodown 64 (known in Japan simply as Samurai Spirits) is a 3D historical-fantasy weapon-based fighting game developed and released by SNK for arcades (running Hyper Neo Geo 64 hardware) on December 19, 1997.

It is SNK's first 3D fighting game (and the first in the Samurai Shodown series in 3D), introducing large multi-tier stages to the genre. Set one year after the events of Samurai Shodown II, the game's plot involves a powerful demonic sorceror who brainwashes warriors and creates puppets to do his evil bidding.

It later received two sequels: the arcade-exclusive Samurai Shodown 64: Warriors Rage and the PS1-exclusive Samurai Shodown: Warriors Rage. The concept of a 3D game in the series is later revisited with Samurai Shodown: Edge of Destiny.
