Shigeru Miyamoto is best known as the creator of many of Nintendo's most beloved characters and franchises including Mario, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda, Star Fox, Pikmin, F-Zero, Wave Race, and Nintendogs. He was also the chief designer of Nintendo's Touch! Generation console series, which includes the Nintendo DS, Wii, and 3DS.
We have our winner here, but in reality, most of Shiggy's games are winners. You can make the argument for Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64, or even Smash Bros. Brawl, but it was Super Mario Bros. 3 that made Mario bigger than Mickey Mouse... no small feat, really.
Probably Super Mario Bros. I'm not quite how much Shiggy actually worked on Super Mario Galaxy. I'm sure he told alot of people what do to and shit, but these days it doesn't seem that Miyamoto does very much hands-on stuff. But Galaxy i very rad anyhow, and it's very recent. Pretty much all of the "real" Mario games are awesome, Zelda as well. The dude knows his stuff.

Shiggy reportedly spent more time with Galaxy than he did with Mario 64, if that's any indication. He also was credited as Game Concept Designer, or something of that measure.
