This expanded edition of Persona 3 adds additional content and a continuation of the original game's storyline.
The King's screenshot journey through Tartarus.
I don't know. At least so far, I feel like I've been pretty good at keeping pace with the game. My strategy is usually as follows:
- Go to Tartarus.
- Ignore all the floors and just rush straight into the nearest boss fight.
- If I lose, go to 6 (except for the tired part, ideally), then go to part of 2 again; if I won, go to 5.
- Bump back down to the first floor so I can heal up.
- Repeat for the next boss until I have no more bosses to fight (IE I've hit a barrier).
- Grind Elizabeth's requests, and just grind in general, even if it tires the hell out of me.
I'd add in that these screenshots aren't reflective of my overall progress, but since I've only now just gotten Aigis (like "I've only used her in about three battles"), I don't think that's very relevant. All I can really say is that this grants me a shitload more screenshots. Expect at least one Fragile Dreams joke.

Yeah, that's pretty much become my Tartarus strategy as well. Except I rush through floors to the next boss, go back to the first floor, save, and then teleport back up, and try to fight it. If I fail I actually go through the floors and kill everything, then go back and save and try again until I get tired.

I don't quite get what you mean here.
That means I probably should have taken the time to actually write it out in BASIC than simply leave it to the number system. It means that if I lose enough times (because I'll run head on into these guys a bit), I'll simply grind around some, hopefully gaining some levels and a Persona or two that won't fold under pressure.

That was my strategy as well. But I tried to always and only ever fight the angry red enemies, unless I was looking for a drop from normal enemies for Elizabeth, since they give away the most experience, and I always took the highest value green leaf card available during shuffle time. I only needed to spend one night in Tartarus each month after July. The early part of the game required quite a bit of grinding though.
I'd fight whatever, because experience is experience. I'd also split my team up when grinding so that nobody would siphon experience away from Brooklyn, the exception being if I was on a floor whose enemies I had not yet sized up.
I never really split up my party unless I was looking for the exit. I liked keeping all of my A-team characters levels pretty close to each other.
Renegade Photo is filmed in front a live studio audience. Specifically, me. Then it's captured in all these screenshots for your viewing pleasure.
There was a video from a documentary that someone posted in the forums where a woman was in love with and had sex with her bow. I'd link it, but I don't know where to find it.
My sarcasm detection is completely shot, so I can't tell how serious you actually are.
I also can't tell if she was in love with the bow. Did she cheat on her boyfriend to fuck some duplicitous weapon?
I am completely serious. She actually became a world class archer after falling for the bow. The same woman also got married to the Eiffel Tower, and the video began with her caressing and making out with the Golden Gate Bridge.
I don't think she had a boyfriend. Although she had a male friend who I think was implied to have pined for her, possibly even briefly dated her previously.
Maybe they got divorced? I didn't watch the whole video.
edit: Oh, and he does spend an awful lot of time at work. It would probably be difficult to find the time for an intimate moment in to his schedule.
Crap this reminds me I really really need to go back and finish this game.
You and me both.

my problem was/is I like it too much, so I burned myself out trying to max social links and do all the velvet room quests. Think I'm in December where I left off? By then I was 80+ hours in.
For some reason the games I like the best are the ones I'm least likely to finish.
You've been past me for a while. I've only just gotten Aigis, after all. You're probably making more progress because I only play the game two days out of the week. But man, what a two days those are.
@video_game_king: Well, I was thinking that you would probably pass me soon because I haven't gotten to play it too often lately.
Fun fact: I've surpassed the number of screenshots I've uploaded for Persona 2. Persona 3 now has the most screenshots I've uploaded on the site. And I'm not even close to done.
Yes, I am that type of person.

And don't ever stop!
So here's a good question: How come no one in the game ever notices that the Persona 3 and 4 protagonists can use more than one persona, while everyone else is tied down to one? You'd think they would say something along the lines of "hey, I want to be able to summon other personas..."
Even with all the captions, I think this is a record for a @video_game_king blog with the least words.

Oh hell no. I've written blogs with sub-100 word counts.
Patience, man! You are asking questions I am not entirely equipped to handle. But handle I shall. In the P4 anime, Yosuke comments on Yu's tendency to pull new Personae out of his ass, and I think (although there's a very good chance I'm wrong) that some of the P3 characters comment on Brooklyn being special/the one very early on. Aside from that, I know for a fact that in both games, Igor says that this is all because of their Wild Card ability, which
Holy shit. Everything makes perfect sense.
Sadly, I can't really think of any transitions from IASIP to Persona 3. Is there a Persona equivalent to Green Man or the McPoyles? Anyway, screenshots.
And what's with all the people wiping their asses on the mall? Is this an anti-capitalist youth culture movement?
@video_game_king: These pictures and captions are great but they're taking a long-ass time to load because they're .png's. Would you kindly start saving the next batch as .jpg's?
(I can't really think of a way to say that without sounding condescending or an asshole in some way, which I don't mean. Seriously, though. I'd guess that there are thirty or forty pictures on this one page and it takes a minute or so to get them all up.)
I never really liked JPEG format, mainly because of all the obvious compression and how that makes it hard to do anything with the image, at least compared to PNG. Quality over quantity, even if the quantity side of things is completely inverted. Maybe I could hide each one behind a spoiler block, though. I'll have to experiment with that elsewhere, though.
Looks like spoiler blocks work, although only under certain conditions. And I am away to edit this.
Truly, it is beautiful in its madness.
Some of you may have noticed the change of format. This is because of @believer258's comment that a billion images in a thread slows things the fuck down. So here's how it's gonna work from now on: I post the banner to alert you of an update, and then hide all the images behind a spoiler block. (I'm not putting this in the original post because the forums won't let me edit it from here and I don't trust the blog creating tools enough to do it.) For instance:
This marks the third consecutive week that I've been doing this. What the hell.
Now that you mention it and I think some more about it, I'm sure criminal charges could be filed in regards to how the main character handles the Maiko situation.
@pyromagnestir: yeah that one weirded me out.
Couldn't do that stuff in America without ending up on some lists.
@believer258: Actually Mitsuru does comment on how only you can have multiple persona's, don't remember at what point
@ravenlight: I approve of your use of Muv Luv

One of these days I'm going to finish editing the wiki and do a writeup since that series goes pretty off the rails. ETA: infinity minus one.
Wherein I post exactly 20 screenshots and we all share a good laugh. Well, except for the last part, what with this being the Internet and all.
And that's t-
OK, NOW I'm ending today's entry.
I always misuse the comma splice, it's a serious problem and I don't appreciate you making light of it! I, generally, overuse, the, comma, in, all, manners, possible.

And somehow, you're still alive.

Well, I'm not an English major.
Oh. Wait. I actually am still technically an English major. I guess I'm just lucky.
