So I just died again on attempt #5 against the Ultimate Opponent. Took me all day thinking I could beat it today, but now it's too late and I have to try some more tomorrow :(
Update: I WIN (attempt #6)!! The battle was SUPER CLOSE!!
That damn Elizabeth... she just keeps getting countered on her first hit instead of her second once I get her down to just above 10,000 health. That allows her to cast Diarahan on herself and basically ruin me because I've run out of Infinity items.
So when she got to just above 10,000 health, she took a counter on her first blow again and healed. It was then I realized I still had 5 Infinities left, so I just decided to keep going instead of giving up and retrying. Eventually I wear her down again, and right after I use my last Infinity, she finally takes a counter on the second hit, dropping her to 9547 HP! I fire up Armageddon and win! Woot!
