The Anniversary of Persona 4's Endurance Run Episode # 1 is Feb 9th. Today is the 1st of February. 
 
Obvious Inference: Endurance Run # 2 starts either this week or next.
 
I'm calling it.

 Well, February 1st and 9th aren't in the same week.  Also, they've been saying "and some secret stuff, too" in I Love Mondays for a couple of weeks.
 
They might say something about it next week but I don't think there will be a new one. Who knows.

Yeah, I usually assume secret stuff is something that they simply can't show or talk about until later in the week. Embargoes and such. I would love to see an Endurance Run starting up, but I don't think that that is what was eluded to in the I Love Mondays. 
 
Someone might be out of office doing something sweet, like playing Splinter Cell or God of War or something. Usually they can't even mention what game they are seeing until a specific date. So, until it goes up, I won't be able to guess what it is, but we can all certainly hope. 

There will not be an Endurance Run 2 anytime soon, there is no game worthy of ER status.

They always mention "that and more" or "some other stuff we aren't going to mention" in the I love Mondays. 
 
A new endurance run  this week  is unlikely no matter how much we would love to have one. I think there are just too many games out right now.  Until the onslaught of games slows down, I wouldn't bet on a new ER.

Whenever I hear them say "and maybe some other stuff", I assume they haven't planned much more than what they've told us, and don't wont to commit to anything incase they feel lazy and don't get around to doing everything.

Can someone give me some info on getting into the videogame business?

How does that work?  What do you mean? "

The "I love Mondays" Video says it's only from February 1st to 5th. If that were to happen, it would be announced next week, not this one, I'm assuming.

I hope not.

It would be really hard to do another endurance run that'll have the same amount of charm and enjoyment. The ER started by accident, it almost didn't seem like they'd continue at times. It was a spontaneous thing that became so much bigger.
Doing it a second time, serializing it, would make it lose a lot of its charm.

I think the next endurance run should be 10 minute clips of Jeff playing Startrek Online but instead of it being realtime have it fast forwarded with benny hill music to the fun parts. 
 
Of course that would require the game to be up long enough to play.

Maybe its a test.  Brad is testing our faith in the fact that they will never make a new endurance run, so we can sort out the true believers who never give up hope.  See! The non believers will prevent the Endurance Run return.  BELIEVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEE

They should do a Persona 3 endurance run. Now that would be very interesting.

I'll say it before and I'll say it again. No game out that they could do an endurance run of would be as good as Persona 4. Persona 4 should be the only ER they do.

Answering the title of this post: No.

No way. I don't see which game they'd choose (except for Heavy Rain, and if so, then I won't watch it).
 
ER#2 is reserved for P5 and P5 only.

If they were going to I'd like to see P3, but it's unlikely. It's weird, P3 is a bit more unforgiving and the characters aren't as developed, but damn it that game has some sort of charm that keeps me from saying P4 is better. I'd like another endurance run but I agree with most everyone else, there isn't a game that warrants it right now without going through the back catalog from yesteryear. 
 
Not only that, but the ER came out of the fact that Vinny and Jeff wanted to play P4 but never had time and it fell through the cracks. There haven't been too many games I can think of that match that criteria right now.
