Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4
Game » consists of 5 releases. Released Jul 10, 2008
Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 is a role-playing game developed and published by Atlus for the PlayStation 2. It is chronologically the fifth installment in the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona series. Like its predecessor, its gameplay combines a traditional role-playing game with elements of a social simulation. Its critical and commercial success spawned a sizable media empire, including several spinoff titles.
Who do you think has the strongest and useful persona in p4?
As much as I hate Yosuke as a character, I can't deny that he's the ultimate "utility" party member. Great wind magic, good strength, HP and agility, and generally has a little bit of everything (physical skills, healing, hit/evasion buffs, Dekaja, Tentarafoo). Everyone else has too specialized of roles to be considered "the most useful." Naoto is pretty versatile, too, but there are plenty of situations where physical, light, and dark spells are worthless, and almighty spells would just be a waste of SP. You can probably find a good use for Yosuke in just about any situation.
Yosuke is the most versatile, and has incredible agility and magic to boot. If Yukiko or Teddy didn't keep their weakness after rank 10 I may have chosen one of them, but I gotta say Yosuke.
" Well at the end of the game when you find out Nanako was the real killer and her Persona Unlocks for your second playthrough it's pretty damn cool. "yeah her persona is badass. It can be considered better than Izanagi No Okami
You mean the one with no-miss boss-killing light and dark spells? It's insane and uber-freaking cheap. I don't even know why they added it. Completely unbalancing." @Scooper said:

EDIT: It's disgusting. Seriously. I read my post again and had to add that. Makes me so mad.
Chie or Yosuke for me, but I picked Yosuke since Chie doesn't really become great until nearer the end of the game when you have Power Charge, God's Hand, and Agneyastra. High Counter is pretty cool too. But Yosuke learns more sooner, and though he lacks Power Charge, he gets a strong physical attack and strong magic attacks. Matarakuja is useful too.
" Definitely Yukiko for me. As useful as Yosuke and Chie turned out to be, there's no way I would enter a dungeon without Yukiko. Her healing magic - and her super powerful fire magic, once you stack fire boost and fire amp near the end of the game - are suuuuper useful. "you like Yukiko but your main picture is Chie... not weird... just confusing by the picture i thought you'd like Chie.. you can't judge someone by their internet icon &^_^

Well, Chie is my favourite character... however, as a party member, Yukiko wins. That's all.
definitely yukiko as i had her in my party the whole time due to her being the main healer of the game
All characters are good in there own way. In end game boss battles Chie is the best, for she can deal out mad amounts of damage. Yosuke and
Yukiko were the two characters that stayed constantly good throughout the whole game.
Is anyone gonna speak up for Kanji here? I want to like him, but making him effective has been quite a pain... he burns out on SP super fast, and when the enemies null/repel/drain physical attacks, he's relegated to "item bitch." I will say that I've never seen him get KO'd once, even after 100 hours...
