EDIT: Nevermind, this is why I should finish watching to see if someone decides to fact-check themselves, Ben figured it out.

Cookout tastes fine. You get a whole lot of food for not very much money, but it's pretty greasy and fried and so on and so forth. If you're ever in the Southeast, it's worth checking out, but also if you don't get to it then you didn't miss all that much.

Zaxby's, though, that's pretty great.

We may be missing Rorie this Friday, but we got Brad back! Nice to see you feeling better! :)

This RE 2 Remake really makes me wish they had handled the recent RE Remake the same way instead of the clunky mess it was.

Also, I hope Ben does "Tales from the Blockbuster" many more times.

It's tough to pick up & play RPGs on the fly, much less showcase them in 15 minutes. I'll be looking forward to more Tales from the Blockbuster, as well as more of this strange Glover renaissance in which we've found ourselves. (I also love that intro.)

Hi Brad! UPF was great this week, partly because they played actual games and not whatever steam trash was released that week.

Was I the only one that was sort of turned off after playing the RE2 demo today? I didn't mind the gameplay or control all that much. The shooting was a little off to me, but I'm sure I could get used to it. The scene where you pull the police officer under the gate and his intestines are all hanging out just really grossed me out.

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE the Resident Evil Series. I hate horror and gory stuff but always enjoyed RE for some reason. The original 3 games are still my favorite. I enjoyed 7 quite a bit as well. However...for whatever reason this one just didn't vibe with me. The scene where you pull the police officer under the gate and his intestines are all hanging out just really grossed me out.

Not sure what my deal is. Maybe the gore was easier to stomach when it was all pixelated back on the PS1 and PS2?

screw playing that 30min re2 demo, I need to take my sweet time with that game. Seems they did a nice job on it though and I'm looking forward to playing it at my own pace when it comes out. Also I'm not sure about that cleft in Leon's chin.

I saw that god eater 3 game and had no idea what it was, saw that intro and I was thinking okay, it's a fighting game, than I saw the character creator and thought it was like a phantasy star style MMORPG and than I saw the game play and went "Oh, it's just monster hunter" and I was sad.
