I dont know when the game registers if you are having a single baby or twins. But it might be during conception, so as a tip: Maybe try those massages before the ACT

Finally catching up on these videos.. I love the conversation selections in this game. The idea of Dobby asking the massage therapist if he's a mermaid is sending me. Also, Dobby vomming in the master bedroom sex bush.
