Might it have worked if you made the same meal, only minus the pork? So Chocolate Dumplings, with a salted(MSG) caramel sauce?

please don't pack your flour, you're just supposed to fill and level off. If you pack it you'll have too much flour.

You pack down things like brown sugar and similarly clumpy ingredients because they can leave air pockets in the measuring cup.

These dumplings looked great!

Now the west coast is cookin. This is the best segment so far in a while from the west coast. Stupid is good. Lean hard into stupid. Love that Ben is not framed properly as he should never be, because he's just too tall for cameras, and cooking is exactly the kind of subject we should have on this video game website. More please.

Never pack in flour. A lot of people will shake the table spoon to settle it down and put in more or whatever. Don't! Get a scoop and level it off with your finger or a knife.
