Sea Beasts: (10/28/2020) [Abby's View]

Spoilers for those who've not yet watched: Man I love this game but am still waiting for the opportunity to go invite-only so it isn't always turning into a survival comedy/horror.

The ending of that stream has been the ending of every time I've attempted to play this game, and it's a real bummer

I'm going to miss the Abby / Vinny combo. They have great synergy :)

Completely agree with this. They work well together on stream.

I'm actually surprised the Sea Beasts haven't been griefed more often, but I'm happy they haven't. It really does seem like the worst part of the game.

I really wish they'd make PvE servers where you could turn on PvP if you wanted. I get it, I get it...the point of the game is you are a pirate and can loot other pirates. Plunder and steal and all of that. I love my time with Sea of Thieves where I explore or do a Tall Tale and spend a few hours in the game without ever seeing anyone else. It's a fun exploratory game with puzzles and secrets to discover. I enjoy playing solo or with one other friend, but we literally spend half of our time making sure there are no ships in the distance.

Right when the Sea Beasts arrived at the first puzzle of the Tall Tale, rival pirates sank them and stole their plunder. The sea is a cruel mistress...

I'm at 1:12:25 and Abby is trying to figure out what to do in the cave. It's staring her in the face and I really hope she figures it out.

Edit: Well, that escalated quickly.

So, I'm pretty sure what Abby needed to do in the cave was move the skeleton's arms so that they matched what was said in the book. The lovers holding hands, the drinker with the drink up to it's mouth, the other one with the mask covering their face, and the one pointing at fire. Just my guess, but that seems like what they were supposed to do.

I'm going to miss these Abby and Vinny videos.
