Giant Bombcast 582: It's 4:20 Somewhere!

My friend and I did the link cable trick a bunch of times then one time we did it my prized Omastar got wiped out of existence and I've never fully recovered.

Moral: Winners don't pull link cables.

I know the stuff surrounding Randy Pitchford is a total trash fire, but it'd be cool to actually hear their legit thoughts on BL3. The reveal was pretty awesome and I'd love to hear what they think about the new game but instead they act like the game barely exists and the only talking point is the flaming wreck on stage. Even the Game Informer podcast has talked about the game and not Randy despite the back and forth Randy and GI tweet stuff.

@jasperkazai:100% the musician asking for tips thing is weird - the most he should do is say where you could follow him online or put out merch for you to buy. Or work out a fee with the bar himself if he's that good. But I'm at a bar, and captive at my table, i dont want to be panhandled at.

Tipping culture is getting really weird. (Food trucks asking for 20% tips, etc)

A tip jar is fine - lots of "pick up"/"to go" places used to just do that. Street musicians do that. Drop a buck or two in the bucket if the guy was great.

Does Ben say these things to make people like me crazy? It was the first Gremlins movie (along with Temple of Doom) that helped create the PG-13 rating.

I can not, will not, allow It to be said that Gremlins 2 was responsible for anything... except a funny Key & Peele sketch.
