Finished the podcast and man, Jeff's Smash arguments at the end made no sense. The devs put in options to limit items and stages for the players. And since Smash 4 have set up alternate versions of each stage based on battlefield or final destination and had an online mode specifically for these stages without items. The devs themselves allow the game to be played in several ways. Such a weird take.

The only way to count holes is the mathematical way. A straw has one hole.
