Ring Fit story mode is surprisingly long. Been playing for over 90 days (in 30 mins increments) and haven’t reached the end yet.

I've seen it brought up in a few video game outlets that people are worried that the Harry Potter game might be cancelled because of JK Rowling tweets. You can still be against supporting it Jan and rightly so, but there is 0.0% chance of that game getting canned because of that. There are literally 100's of millions Harry Potter fans out there that know nothing about what JK Rowling tweets, flip side they might not care about video games in general.

I feel like I remember specifically being a little let down by this in the original Last of Us because I know the enemies have a call in the sequel akin to "she's out of ammo!" when you try to fire an empty gun, and a sales pitch of the original being that the A.I. had to manage their ammo as well. It always felt like maybe that was the case in the original, but then you'd take down an enemy who clearly was carrying but hadn't fired a bullet and turns out, nope, no ammo here!

I expected that from the sequel as a result, but I do have a vague memory of this being one of the goal features for the original in its initial reveals.

@nodima: It would actually make for a neat risk/reward situation. Players would be incentivized to engage in firefights more aggressively in order to actually preserve the ammo of the enemies by killing them quickly in order to be able to loot more of it afterwards. Someone get Cowboy on the phone I'm sure he can still code this in!

Yeah, agreed. I get not wanting to engage in spoilers for the sake of fans who haven't played it yet, but this is getting silly. They spend so much time talking about the game without actually saying anything. This is the same across several podcasts that I listen to. Meanwhile, people who haven't played the game are acting like any talk of the game is a spoiler.

I feel like Jeff would be at least slightly more critical of Trackmania's pricing model if it were any game besides Trackmania. It sounds pretty awful to me. If I had interest in playing the game, not being able to just purchase the game and be done with that would turn me off.

It's canceled now so it's moot, but I did not know Ben was actually entering EVO. I saw that he had titled his streams as Evo training, but I assumed it was a goof.

@sintes: I guess Naughty Dog should have made a shooting gallery game instead?
