I do like parts of Load but you are right that everything Metallica post Black Album is a downward spiral. Also yes, ReLoad > Load.

Before watching:
I always had a soft spot for Load/ReLoad. Of course they are no Ride The Lightning or Master Of Puppets, but there are a lot of good songs on it. The only critique i if have is, that they stretched this over 2 albums. They could have easily made 1 great album out of all the Load/ReLoad material.
