Because Tom Arnold is the ultimate example of a D-/F tier 'celebrity' that couldn't care less about the game he was there to promote. Especially how un-self aware he is thinking that NBA stars were somehow less famous than he, the great Tom Arnold, is and were in awe of even having part of that 'celebrity lifestyle.'
