Lockdown 2020: Bumpin' and Gridin' with Jan

I thought he said he was giving this game up for a long while cause it too much. I still think saving then reloading after bosses is better than making him actively not enjoy the game with the lame padding that is blood echos. These games keep you coming back after cool offs with that feeling of one more try. XD

He should really label these as a Bloodborne Identity. I thought this was going to be a Farming Sim stream by the deck.

Hey @janman, if you're still interested in the Bloodborne lore, I definitely recommend checking out VaatiVidya on YouTube. I believe @vinny turned me on to him a while back for his Dark Souls videos.

@giantrobot24: oh man that guy definitely does his research but I find the tone and presentation to be insufferable. For whatever reason the way everything is presented in hushed, drawn out tones like he’s telling a ghost story at a campfire is very grating to me. Just give me the info don’t try to make me get emotional about this spinning wheel with spikes on it.

@humanity: Haha, that's totally fair. That's definitely the tone he's going for.

In most cases I'd opt for a wiki or forum thread on the topic, but there's just so much potentially relevant story info crammed into every nook and cranny of the Dark Souls games (Bloodborne is a little more straight forward imo) that it was just easier to have someone tell me what matters.

Why does everyone feel the need to mention that music is problematic now a days? I mean come who gives a fuck like what you like Jan. You don't have to mention that it's problematic..

Such a wonderful game. Great to see Jan kind of turned a corner and is starting to pick up steam.

I will watch this series one day... today is not that day, unfortunately. Glad to see Jan's stickin' with it, though.

God, I love the twist that the game throws at you at this point. It's so freaking cool.

@Jan I highly recommend farming the two pigs out side the jail they drop blood vials and give you over 3k echos each, one pig is the same as killing 2 bagmen that don't give you blood vials.

One of my favorite memories from high school is me and my friends watching "The Thing" one bright, summer afternoon and spending THE REST OF THE DAY completely paranoid and afraid of spending ANY time in a room with just one other person.

We were 16-17 year olds, legitimately asking if someone else could walk into the kitchen with them so it wouldn't just be the two of us.
