I'm really excited for the campaign and hope it is as fucked up as IGN made it out to be but something tells me it is just going to be another one of those "really guys?" scenarios since I haven't been "shocked" by any game and don't intend to be anytime soon!

I just wish there was multiplayer bots because I have no interest in playing online despite it looking like a real good game. Seems like until this and Doom Eternal there aren't really any decent FPS to play but once those two come out its off to the races and then Cyberpunk. Good time to be an FPS fan!

Looks like the same old boring multiplayer as always. Can't wait for the singleplayer tho.

The gunplay actually looks interesting in a way it hasn't since CoD4, so I'll probably check out the PC open beta. Too bad they're still doing the exclusivity nonsense, the PS4 is the last platform I would want to play this on.

So what's the purpose of the beta codes?

Is there still a large audience for COD4? Because this game seems pretty similar to the original modern warfare games. Maybe they're trying to capture the kids today, but those kids play fortnite, why would this be more interesting?

Oh ummmm wow.... This is not the call of duty I was expecting. Nor what I wanted.

When they first talked about going back to the roots of COD4, I expected the slower pace and less exoskeleton powers. But this, this is maybe too slow? For a franchise that every other shooter was copying, it feels weird that COD now seems to be going after Rainbow 6 and Battlefield. No constant map? Peeking around corners? Faster time to deaths? Ammo crates?

This is not what I wanted which is really quite a bummer considering how fast I bounced off Blops4 and haven't really played a game since the modern warfare series. Oh well. Not everything has to be made for me. I really do miss the glory days of COD4/blops1 though. :(
