As someone who has never gone to E3 this was fun, I always enjoy show floor tours, so thank you for this!

Also any time we get to have Dan and Jeff together is a plus. I adore GBeast and the dynamics there, but I do miss Jeff with Vinny and/or Dan.

I was at E3 last year and yeah it was kind of empty but still packed. Especially in other hall. The one they go to at the end and comparing this year to that... It's a ghost town. E3 definitely feels likes it's getting smaller. And most of the stuff feels like fluff.

Can we have a regular Jeff and Dan show?

definitely looks pretty sparse, always hyped up the show floor to be more than that in my mind. having peeps like ea and ms doing their thing at a separate site instead of on the show floor doesn't help. kind of reminds of the transition you see in malls as they are fading out

Enjoying the content! I actually work on one of the food trucks they almost went to, also known as the "anime food truck". There's some really good Japanese comfort food if you stop by, they make a really mean curry and gyudon.

Seeing that fan interaction warmed my heart, those dudes were like *omg it's Jeff and Dan* and I'd totally have done the same thing!

The energy feels so muted. E3 really is a shadow of its former self.

I liked seeing the show floor while dan an jeff commented on it. Also I'm hoping for a ben's lense from e3 where jan and ben try the food truck food

I don't remember ever watching a walkthrough of the whole floor from previous years, but this one definitely doesn't look like the extravaganza E3's always sounded like, it looks almost like a local anime con or something. The people walking around all looked like normal people, they don't seem very industry.

Genuinely one of the most interesting pieces of E3 content GB has put out.

PSA RE: Dan's $8 Water

At my university, when you swiped a card at a vending machine, it would place a hold for 2 items worth, so you could swipe once and grab two things. If you only wanted one, you had to press a Cancel button after receiving the first item, or else someone could walk up after you and grab a thing off of your charge.

I bet that's probably what happened in this case. Anytime I use digital payment at a vending machine I've made it a habit to mash whatever looks like the cancel button after getting my item, just in case.

This made me want to go to E3. Or at least I wish PAX West had room for weird stuff. (maybe it will when the Washington State Convention Center expansion finishes.)

About halfway through this video, I was thinking how with E3 being open to the public, it's kind of crazy that Jeff and Dan are able to walk through all these crowds and not be recognized once. And then they finally were at the end, so there's that.

I laughed every time they walked close by a person with a camera, meaning they were totally in the shot.

The food truck offerings sound awesome but none of it is the kind of food I'd want to have in my body while running around E3 trying to get stuff done.
