Congrats! Might I recommend the XBLA version of Perfect Dark somewhere down the line?

PD was an improvement on Goldeneye for all sorts of reasons, but the rerelease feels like what you remember N64 games to be. It plays better with a modern controller, the frame rate's super smooth, and the mission design is even more creative. Replayed it a few years back and had a heck of a time. And the co-op's great!

Abby showed some love for Perfect Dark awhile back, so who better to walk Dan through the definitive N64 shooter?

The All-Bonds unlock was a real thing that unfortunately had to be cut due to licensing of the other actors separately. IIRC there are even photos of some of the other Bonds in the instruction manual, teasing that such a thing exists. EGM just took it a step further.

Gunna miss this show. I really looked forward to this one every week, but this was a great way to send it off.

Dan picking Oddjob more than once was about as lame as the 113th time he told everyone his feelings about Red Dead 2.

Woo, congrats Dan! This was a great series. Slightly disappointed they didn't consider the final two levels as "part of the game". I loved this game, and that Moonraker level got me to watch the movie, which I still think is a fun one today. All those levels are wrapped together clearly in my mind as part of the game.

Add this to the Kirkhope list.

15 episodes of that strange, strange accent and meanwhile Dan has a good Connery. Somehow that summarizes this series.

Picking Oddjob in this game is the same as going into the exit of a public bathroom to avoid waiting in line.

I like Dragonheart. I don't know if that movie is well-regarded, but it's one of those movies I remember fondly from growing up.

@bestyhammar: Using a pretty hefty GameShark code, you can essentially unlock "All Bonds" as it was once intended, mugshots/character models and all! It's been a while since I've done it but I think it basically just replaces the first couple character slots in the multiplayer character select screen (after Brosnan) with the Connery, Dalton, and Moore versions of Bond.

Also, there IS a button code you can punch in that will unlock an additional couple dozen other characters beyond just the ones you unlock by beating the game (as well as codes that basically unlock everything else in the game, cheats/levels/etc): https://goldeneye.fandom.com/wiki/Button_Codes

The best part for me has been the intros. They're amazing. Whether on purpose or not, they're wonderful. Spot on comedy.
