Been looking forward to this all week.

Only things I remember from this movie are: DRUG TUNNELS & BRAGA

Another week, another film I haven't seen :)

(Apparently I'd seen 2Fast somewhere before, but completely forgot until I got to the rat scene)

Surprised Dan didn't see the NOS machine in the Paul Walker foot chase - seems like the sort of thing he'd spot.

I actually though the Letty murder was going to be an FBI setup to lure Toretto out but apparently not.

Also, I might have seen this - I definitely remembered them driving into the tunnels both times and the prison bus (though thought it was in Fast 5) but absolutely nothing else :/. Toretto/O'Conner's Cop-Cop/Not-Cop bit was pretty good though, as was their "Essence of Face Twisting"-esque fight.

I wouldn't worry about the FBI guy with the weird face though - he was just auditioning for Mass Effect: Andromeda :p

Supposed to be played simultaneously with The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift eh?

Anyone have a video player that works for this sort of stuff? I am struggling to find anything other than just doing it myself across multiple outputs.

Drew leaving has left a hole in my heart and the only cure is going fast.

Tokyo Drift was such a blast that in gonna watch this one as well!

Like @ravage484 asked: anyone have any suggestions on how to synchronize things without having to manually keep a trigger finger on two different windows? It's especially problematic when I want to go to the bathroom and I have to stop both and resynch both.

Aw yiss, the return of "I'm a cop" and Forties

The actual worst movie in the franchise that I've seen. I'll stand by 2Fast as not the worst movie and would even say it is better than 1 other movie...

Can't wait until I get home to watch/listen. Fast & Furious might have a dumb name, but it's the most underrated of the series. I get why people think it's too serious, but it brings a gravitas to these characters​ and their relationships that the subsequent movies all exploit to the fullest. Fast Five is nothing without this movie laying the groundwork.

Besides which, I'm a sucker for a good murder mystery.

I'm enjoying this commentary track but this is the only movie in the franchise I've seen only one time until today and I'm easily remembering why now. Zzz...

Man, that CG in the tunnel was soooooo bad, it almost looked like an actual video game cutscene.

This feature is so completely perfect to have on while cleaning the house. Wife always gets home and wonders how I keep myself entertained while doing such a dull chore.

Also, with all the talk of Vin Diesel being fucking buff and huge as hell, it still baffles me to this day that a person like that is actually a huge nerd.

@ravage484: you should be able to use autohotkey for that. this one is a good start if you go that route.

I use Auto Mouse Click, it's super easy to use and works really well, you just need to have it capture the screen coordinates for both pause buttons and then just make an action that quickly clicks on those spots and you're good.

@simkas: he really is. Dungeons and dragons was what got him into acting. I would love to hang with Vin Diesel.

I wrote a guide about how to sync the podcast and movies! It's a bit of a hack and requires some noodling around in audacity but it only takes me about 5-7 minutes and then it's all gravy.

I watch these when I come home from work every friday with a couple of beers and also don't quite get what was going on.

I always dance in my chair when the opening theme hits.

Loving this series probably more than I should, already getting sad that there will only be 8, hopefully they do this with another series but I can't think of any that would be as good

I jumped straight from the first to this one a couple years ago, and I honestly feel that it's the right path to go with (you miss some Tej and Roman backstory, but ah well). But then again, I thought Tokyo Drift didn't live up to the Giant Bomb hype.

Anyway, Film and 40s has always been awesome, and having one each week is spoiling me so much.

This is why for now I am locked in to watching these movies once I sit down. I have no answer. When it gets out of synch I lose it too.

Great to watch Brannon Braga finally pay for all those time travel episodes of Star Trek!

Not the best in the series, but this is definitely the entry that I've seen the most. There's just something about it that makes it perfect background noise for half-watching while doing something else.

Traps are your shoulders. Delts are the top of your arm. Under your armpit, or the V, those are lats.

This has become an amazing way to ring in Fridays.
