Every time Vinny plays with a 'What If' scenario, I'm reminded how ignorant/narrow-minded he is. I hate saying it - he's in my Top 4 GB Personalities (at #1, of course), but now and then he shows of a clear misunderstanding of the topic/concept at hand. There's so many reasons why big publishers/developers don't use Kickstarter it's ridiculous even to consider the scenario.

I walked away from comp once they started talking about Animal Crossing, a half hour later they are still on Animal Crossing! That's why the episode is so long...

I don't think you understand what Vinny was doing. He was mostly playing devil's advocate for the worst-case scenario, because... it's always possible, even if just barely. Also, just because someone is humble enough to admit their areas of ignorance doesn't mean they're any more overall-ignorant than anyone else.

On another note, this podcast was a pretty big bummer. Gunpoint and The Swapper are amazing and refreshing, and easily the most interesting things out this past week or-so. You guys literally gave them a few seconds of coverage and that was it. Super bummer.

Good podcast, still. Just not as fun as they usually are. Pumped for the weird e3 shit, though.

animal crossing sounds like farmville, I know it's not because you can do a lot more stuff in animal crossing, maybe it's more like Wow, you login do some daily quests maybe a pvp match and log out.

Somebody needs to remind me of what's actually happening on GiantBomb during E3. Because I keep hearing "Equipment", "Truck" and "all this other production stuff" but all I remember from past E3s is a bunch of dudes sitting in a room talking into what, judging by the audio quality, sounded like a single mic somewhere on the table...

I clearly must have forgotten all about this other content.
