Sakura Clicker does not have specific areas to click for anything, or any kind of stripping mechanic. It's just a regular click game except you're clicking anime girls instead of cookies or boxes. And the passive upgrades you get are stylized as anime girl party members (that you don't ever see aside from a small chibi icon). The harem mentioning part is simply that on the statistics page for enemies clicked, it says enemies added to harem instead. There's nothing scummy about it... at least not in any truly bad way.
