Ha. Nope. I enjoyed that show and really like Mark's work, but had to unsubscribe for that very reason.

Reporting in from MD/DC area, and I've only ever heard caddycorner. This kiddycorner nonsense sounds illegal, if you ask me, and I'll have no truck with it!

@squidracerx: But that is the individual case of your nice, and like you said, it has more to do with she liking something in particular. Feels like there is other games that have similar ideas (create or costumize something to your liking and the CPU one) that are better, like Nintendo's own Trendsetters.

@squirrelbait: Go ahead and be a Ryan Adams apologist; his music is brilliant. His personal behavior really has nothing to do with his art, so even if he were an asshole, that wouldn't change the quality of his music. Either way, I think they were just lightly shitting on him because none of them--seem to--care about him or his music, so they just had some fun. Clearly, Jeff doesn't know anything about him, as he seemed to be implying Ryan Adams is a pop artist, which... he isn't at all, except in the broadest sense of the term "pop music". The only part that "offended" me was when Drew implied Bryan Adams makes good music. Ha!

It's funny that Dan and I are the same age and that the Undertaker coffin match lose was the last I time cared about WWE and the beginning of Dan's love of wrestling.

I think from a story standpoint the Bloodborne DLC is pretty on point in terms of showing us the story of the OG hunters. There isn't much else you could show in that game based on what we have seen so far.

Jesus, I have to stop listening to the Bombcast when I'm driving and can't fast forward or just stop it. Those last ten minutes made me want to throw my phone out of the window. My eyes were glazing over and it felt like my brain was melting.

For me the equipment made everyone sound a little too hot on the mic. During dans undertaker speech I could hear the saliva in his mouth *murder on eardrums*

I just love that sound.

I thought this sounded way worse than usual, really echo-ey and boomy and just not nearly as crisp as the bombcast usually is. Hopefully they go back to the previous setup next week.

I can't decide what's more funny: the fact that Brad keeps trying to make Jeff like Destiny even though it's obvious Jeff will never, ever like Destiny, or the way all the commentators here can't wait to jump on the Destiny hate bandwagon even though they probably have even less understanding of it than Jeff.

@sinjunb: They're eventually making a studio, the set up for this podcast was something they hadn't really tested before since the studio was booked by others. So it'll get better.

It's catacorner here in my part of GA as well. If you say kittycorner you might get odd looks.

I like the way Dan shoehorns wrestling into every conversation because it's dumb and fun. Also at this point Jeff is complaining about a game that doesn't even exist anymore with the Destiny stuff. His points weren't even valid with the new expansion and Brad was right to shoot them down.

Ryan Adams is fine. Just thought someone to rush to his defense here.

First minute, I am already annoyed at Dan. I don't need to keep harping on it, I just don't like the guy, but I realized that I've stopped watching most quick looks with him in it and am preferring pretty much everything GB East is doing over the main cast these days.

I think I've come to accept that it's time to cut Dan out of my GB coverage and that's pretty cool. Shame he is in basically everything GB SF makes.

edit: Sound isn't as good as the radio quality of the regular cast, maybe it's the room.

Drew's ersatz Casey Kasem was fantastic.

Dan's French fry squeezing and eternal lunch stories were horrific.

They are like the yin and yang of this website.

Loved the episode, but I didn't really enjoy how it sounded with the new equipment. Too up close and loud, less clear in my opinion.

This sounded amazing. Seriously, audio quality is goddamn superb.

N64 game prices were pretty set by the time DK64 came out. $59.99 for Nintendo first party games, and I believe some were even $49.99 like the original Mario Party. This 70 and 80 talk ended with the N64 launch year. And the only game that came with an expansion pack in any form was DK64. No perfect dark, no rogue squadron, no majoras mask... There were pack ins for some of those games in Japan, but definitely not in the US.

I should remember that no normal person will remember these Nintendo 64 things, but it still bugs me.

The dig at Destiny's price has a lot to do with how much they charge for so little content. Usually season passes are usually $20-30 but destiny's was $35 which was for two very slim pieces of content. If you've been playing destiny since launch and want to continue playing destiny you've spent at least $135 at this point.
