Jeff, I got a new Alienware this past weekend with the 1080 founders edition as well. You have to see Hitman with ultra settings. It's insane. Plus, the new episode just released today.

Regarding Forza horizon 3 PC performance

I can run Apex at 1080p maxed settings and still get 80-100 fps in rain and night races with 16 cars.

In Horizon 3, I gotta run the game at medium, which gets me 30-70 fps (+ stutter ) depending on where and how many cars.

So yeah, I really hope they make it run as good as Apex.

@lab392: Haha, it was definitely louder, but I still have to crank my DAC up to halfway when I listen to these compared to maybe 20% with literally everything else! Sometimes I go to listen/watch other things and get my ears blown out because I forget to turn it down!

@liestochildren: I think their opinion was very well thought out. Yeah Palmer was free to express his opinions and support his candidate. At the same time he represents Oculus and should know that politics is extremely divisive. So he should have known the way he went about supporting his candidate was likely to offend some of his developers. So the free market has spoken. Will this sink Oculus? No probably not, but it does need all the support it can get. Also stay away from reddit political threads, you seem to have made your mind up this election so you can ignore the election til voting opens. Politics is bad for mental health, but good news video games are good for mental health.

Rorie gets paid plenty to do his job, and sometimes he doesn't always get it right. This stuff right here should be fairly easy, though.

The amount of hatred I see from some users over a person's preference on who to vote for is saddening. I think Jeff was the only sane one during that discussion. Palmer should have supported his candidate through less scandalous means.

@indarys: Free speech, man. You're in their house, so cool it with shaming people for speaking their minds. People are allowed to endorse whoever they want. Other people are allowed to discuss it and its nuances in an adult manner. If you don't know how to refute any of the Bombcast's points, and feel the only way to refute their arguments is to throw a blanket "shame on you" over all of their sentiments without any salient counter arguments, then you're knee deep in a stream of bullshit that's flooding your glass house.
