Is it just me or was there a lot of people talking over each other, or at the same time this bombcast episode? Pretty annoying.

@luissrod: I don't know why I want to play this because base management is one of my least favorite game mechanics. I think Brad's excitment is contagious.

@pewpewphil: No Name is an in-store brand name created by Loblaws that gets distributed to any chain of stores associated with Loblaws, basically. Loblaws still just operates in Canada, so yeah, it's really common to run into it lots of different places in Canada with No Name but I don't think Loblaws does any business outside of Canada.

Kinda surprised Rorie (or at least Will) didn't know what Insurgency: Sandstorm is. Considering they are both PC gamers more than console it seems. Oh wells.

As someone that beat Streets of Rage 2 a thousand times and played it every day for hours, I honestly can't fathom how my fellow adults can still play 4 hours of the same game each day. Especially since there's so much out there.

Although Will seems to play all those, too...?

I kinda envy it really. Back in my teen years I would play tons and tons of Counter Strike daily. This is like '99–00's. Now many years alter I see guys like Danny O'Dwyer stream PUBG constantly and like wow how do they do it? I got into Overwatch for a while but even that was like ok, 2-3 games a night at max. To keep going back to PUBG over and over again, I dunno, I wish I found something with that much staying power. Even games I really enjoyed recently, like God of War, once I'm done I'm kinda done. No ravens or extra sidequests for me.

Last game I remember just falling way too deep into was..I don't even know, Dishonored 2 I guess because I went right back after beating it and did a second playthrough on NG+.

"using the [word] literally incorrectly" what part of this did you think worked in your favor with your reply? Fall on your sword for whoever you want, but gah just make sense doing it.

Real talk, Superstore's/Loblaw's no name stuff is pretty damned good.

It really is. This might just be my lower-middle class upbringing talking here but I actually prefer a lot of no name foods to the big, brand-name versions. Especially the cookies, those things are delicious.

"Budget" doesn't have to mean "worse"

I love the tortilla chips they have I refuse to eat any other tortilla chip but they are becoming so much harder to find these days.

@vodsel: "(Will Smith) picking on someone for using the word 'literally' incorrectly".

As in, teasing someone for saying something like "I LITERALLY died" when that person is obviously not dead.

I'm not sure how my previous comment could make any *more* sense. :b

Naw your fine. I play power stone 2 still and that game is super old. Had a time when i just got tired of it took time off and got the spark again. keep playing and youll get a game that hits you. The super popular twitch stuff might not be your thing.

Try a really compelling rpg. I know people say they want short stuff all the time and their old and have no time but a real classic old rpg with a simple story and just positive fun could be your fancy. example I came home to finishing another run of skies of arcadia and even knowing where the plot was going the journey put a smile on my face to play a relaxing game without the esports or extreme story or gore etc.

@heatdrive88: I noticed it as well. Lots of cross talk, particularly early on.

@assirra: Just like PoE and Divinity 1 and 2, expect it to continue to be left in the dust as they constantly bring it up and run through the script of "I've been wanting to check out <CRPG here> but I just haven't found the time yet". Then in a year or two a new CRPG will come out and the cycle will continue.

@humanity: "I really want to check out that new CRPG, but they just take so much time. Welp, time to spend more hours in DOTA/Assassins Creed/Destiny 2"

I still play WoW - I have done for over 10 years now. But it's mostly an hour or two here or there. Sometimes you slip into playing it for longer, it's just a weird comfort thing.

I understand that but they never even mentioned it in released games list. If it wasn't for Rorie they wouldn't even realized it's very existence despite it getting great reviews.

Only Canadian kids know ;)

Oddly enough yellow pack have a bit of an Irish legacy too, although anyone born post 1980 is probably unfamiliar with the packaging, its also a pejorative term for cheap or off brand products or services.

Not mentioned in the story about Boss Key is that Epic is in fact hiring. They were trying to hire people from Boss Key. We know that because not that long ago Cliffy B was on Twitter demanding Epic to stop trying to poach his employees. I guess Cliffy wanted to make sure everyone went down with him.

You only need* 1 moon from each store in mario odyssey. After that, it just for people who need to up their number.

By need i mean if you want to get all the checkboxes, checked... well, all the normal ones.
