So over on Twitch, GB has been streaming almost every show lately (which I love btw thanks guys!) including premium shows like this and UPF etc. I don't know if things are changing for the site itself and they've decided to do this, but GrubbSnax now also having a free version on the site is interesting to be sure.

I totally get the need to engage with some sort of fiction dealing with current events to have something to process. Also I have a morbid mind I guess.

I watched Contagion and The Stand when the pandemic hit.
I watched The Day After and Red Dawn when Russia invaded Ukraine and started war in Europe

I have no interest in playing a soccer game that doesn't have the proper licenses for pro teams and player likenesses. EA's FIFA games haven't even been that good for a long while. The only reason I and many of my friends keep getting it is because it was the only option to play the biggest teams and their rosters.

I'm getting an error when I try to download this video.

Disappointed in his clear swipe at Colin Moriarty and his 12,000 Patreon supports by calling them shitheads. A lot of unnecessary anger and hate coming from some of the Giant Bomb talent lately. I hope they learn to do better in the future.

Attempting to download any version of the video fails with the HTTP error code 403 Forbidden and the following message:

"Based on your subscription level, this content is unavailable"

I'm fine with this community hating on sexist shitheads like Moriarty.

@geirr: That was five years ago. He told a bad joke, who here hasn't done worse? I have more of a problem with some of his later actions but after a certain point you have to just let things go. He has received more than his fair share of internet hate for it but he's doing his own thing now, KF is doing theirs, lets all just move on and act live civil adults.

I am not only still having problems getting some videos to play on Giant Bomb but now it says I can't DL them due to not being at a proper subscription level.... which I have been since day one of this site.

Things are getting worse here. I am still rather understanding since I love the site and people and tech can be a bitch but this is starting to get a little ridiculous. Its been maybe a month now of video playback problems. Has GB even made a statement about them?

At the very least, I need an editing suite and a community willing to do said editing. Now that the latter has dried out for the older PES games, I'm struggling to drum up the interest to play it. Editing teams myself just comes as a huge time investment.

On the other hand, how creative are EA going to get with their 'not official' teams? Are they going to chase licenses on a more individual basis, like how Konami did in the latter PES years? I suspect they'd go that route before going completely unofficial.

Same. And I have to do this as only the YouTube player works for me anymore. Disappointing.
