13 episodes in and I'm still bald. I paid premium for this!?

A lot of people are going to not be helpful and say, "Why not wired?!?" As someone who lives in an older house, I have my XFi modem/router connected upstairs and I turned WiFi off on it (you manually do it through the router settings at 10.0.0.1). I also have a Google Mesh network with 4 hubs/routers/whatever. I have the XFi going into one and have 3 others around the house. I have a PC downstairs connected to one and I have a similar Comcast package and I just ran a test and got 311 down and 41 up. The only advice I can say is make sure the XFi WiFi is off so it's not conflicting with Google Mesh and you don't have any other conflicting 2.4/5ghz signals. I can say in my family room, I use a 2.4ghz connector for my back speakers (surround system) because wired wasn't feasible and they sound crisp and fine while I watch movies/TV down there in 4K. It doesn't seem to conflict with the Google Mesh signal at all.

I'm no networking expert but would ethernet through power adapters be better than using wifi?

Why is Game Pass being spoke about as synonymous with streaming? Game Pass is not a streaming service...

@kazzerscout: I used to do this initially with power adaptors (if you mean the ones that go into outlets that you can run ethernet into). It's much worse from my experience. The signal would then run through the lines and it would be bombarded by all of the other electrical signals in the line as well. It would get degraded as it made it's way from that circuit to the fuse box and out to the other circuits in the house. The Google mesh network is way better. It's like throwing signal boosters all over your house. Again, this is my experience.

All I know is this show is the one I'd like to be listening too every week, but is also the only one that has disappeared from the premium podcast feed. Hopefully whatever's been keeping it from showing up (or showing up a week+ late if at all) for the last month will get solved soon!

@bladededge: It now has it's own RSS feed. I'd been having the same problem. Copy/Paste the Premium Audio version's RSS link into your respective podcast app. I can confirm it's up to date on Apple Podcasts.

@kazzerscout: i use both, literally. For one, the WiFi link has better bandwidth.
But the power adaptor isn't shared with any other devices in my home.
But thirdly, my PC is using both simultaneously and benefits from the total bandwidth of both links.

Jeff, upload/download numbers only matter when the packets hit the router. In your own home network watching Netflix will be packets over WiFi, which will then compete with any other packets your trying to route around. Google Mesh is good as it uses different channels for different pucks to maximise some of that.

If you live with neighbours closeby, then their WiFi will also compete with yours. Direct wire into your router is what your PC needs. Failing that use a power adaptor alongside WiFi.

I had a similar issue with my mesh network. My other node has been unplugged for months.
