Not sure if Jeff reads any of these comments, but for the "is my tree dead" issue: it's really more how filled out it was at its height this year. I had a silver maple in my backyard that was 55-60 years old hit a wall over the winter, and it only filled out 1/4 or so of its leaves this summer. It was not cheap to remove, so if your tree was still mostly filled out, you might try a treatment option every 1-2 years. October / November is the ideal time for one apparently; I'm going to call a place to treat the ash and linden trees out front soon.

Oh right, video games. Uhhh very interested to see if we get some unexpected Game Pass games thanks to the inflation issue discussed last week and today!

Jeff Kinda missed the analogy on the gaming as a processed food answer imo, to me the clear answer to "if Far Cry is processed food what is healthy food?" is clearly Gone Home or Firewatch. They are pleasant satisfying experiences that hit all the proper bits of gaming, but a lot of people dont like because they are not "junk food" enough.

I can't catch these live, but why is every third question by a repeat person? Come on, duders, give some other people more of a chance. No need to spam everything that comes to mind. At the end Jeff goes for some final questions, and a ton by other people don't get answered because there were 5 by FeatureCreep earlier.

1 reason dogs are better than cats as pets:

With adequate fencing a dog will stay within the confines of your yard whereas a cat will go around murdering native wildlife unless you have a yard-encompassing cage.
