I'm not a big fighting game guy, and have never been into GG, but I really have to say: This game looks absolutely stunning. That seems to be true for most GG games, but still. It takes talent to make such a 'simple' art style look as good as this does. The music seems pretty good too.

I would love a definitive video from someone about the state of fighting sticks on the PS5. I just went through hell trying to buy one for Virtua Fighter and I still need an adapter to get the thing to run...so that means I need a stick that plugs into an adapter that's plugged into my PS5 and a PS4 or PS5 controller plugged into my fighting stuck as well...

I love GG but I think I'm going to wait for this to be on sale.

I haven't bought a fighting game since SFIV, and I haven't played a GG game since X. This is a day one for me come Friday!

@sammo21: According to this blog post from Sony, any officially licensed PS4 arcade stick should work with PS5 games.
Unlicensed products, like anything using a Brook board, won't work with PS5 games natively.

Worst case, you can just get and play the PS4 version (PS5 upgrade is included anyway), which should work with all PS4 controllers; licensed or not.
