Also, I hope they do a side-games stream after THPS3 or 4 as well and play that Disney skateboarding game for PS2 that used the THPS4 engine but had some crazy Disney themed levels.

I struggled to beat even the first stage of Street Sk8er for probably months. Eventually something clicked and I was able to beat the rest of the game pretty quickly after that.

What an intro!

Does anyone remember the name of the BMX game from the following generation (I played on gamecube) with ragdoll physics where you could grab on to stuff after falling off your bike? I remember it being pretty alright but I was also young and dumb.

Despite never playing any of these XTREME sports games (I played some 1080 on the N64, though) I'm really into this feature. Eagerly awaiting moving onto the PS2.

Graphically, that Dave Mirra game looks flippin' fantastic for a Playstation 1 game! Also it has ragdoll physics, like holy shit.

I absolutely loved Dave Mirra BMX on PC, my friend and I would always play it when we would LAN. We played so much of that when we wouldn't be playing Motocross Madness 2 or Tony Hawk 2.

I was very sad to hear when he committed suicide and was incredibly surprised since I always thought he was very successful (based on the fact he had a video game after him among other things.) Actually went back and played through the game again after I heard the news in 2016. :(
