Wait, the game does an opening crawl every time you load a save? That’s amazing. I am so excited for this.

@janman it would have been easier to aim had you used the right stick to move the reticle in the underwater section of Episode 1.

According to Griffin Newman, TC-14 is the sexiest thing he has ever seen. Glad to see her represented in the game.

I'm really enjoying this game so far. I've only played through the New Hope stuff but it mixes the free exploration and levels really smoothly and feels like it has a level of polish that starts to feels like Sony first party games at points. The game was directed by the same guy as LEGO Lord of the Rings which is my favorite entry in the series.

I got over LEGOs talking a while back. They don't use the dialog from the movies like they've done in some of their games because they wrote a lot of new dialog. So it's largely sound-alikes (or the Clone Wars cast for the prequel stuff). It's a bit jarring but I got over it quickly. It is nice they still have the mumble option but I think this game has too much dialog for that. And some of the in-jokes are pretty funny.

There were reports last year of some real crunch culture at TT Games which is a shame. But I'm hoping the public awareness of that and hopefully an improved toolchain for this game results in a reduction of that in the future. This game is pretty special and I'm looking forward to what they do next.

If I had to guess, you need to unlock the stud multipliers to hit the top tier in the levels, @janman. Sadly, your innate multipliers don't count in-game.

In the previous games, a lot of the higher stud collection targets required the multiplier cheat unlocks.

Lego May Cry

Wow, I'm impressed they got Stallone for Qui-Gon's mumble voice.

As a longtime GB fan and a developer on these games, happy to see a quick look for this one. :)

Lego Marvel Super Heroes is the one with the best open world. Even the sequel wasn't as good. They never nailed the formula again like that one. My nephews and nieces and I have been playing it for, like, eight years now.

I had fallen off on the previous lego games but this one looks interesting!

This all just reminds me of one of my favorite GB moments.
