Very great coop game. Started playing with my wife because she's a fan of the original and we didn't know it had coop till we got Gooigi and it's so much! To me it sorta feels like a Lego game if it was actually really fun and felt good to play.

Also Vinny you can do the black light while aiming with the thumbstick by holding both L and R at the same time.

@sub_o: I like to think Luigi just passes out at the first scare in these games, and what we're actually playing through is Luigi poking through his Mind Palace and dealing with all the fuck-up stuff he's got going on in his head.

This game doesn’t seem like something a discerning GROWN-UP like myself would enjoy. Looks like it might be fun for three-year-olds or if you like kiddy stuff.

Also Vinny is the kind of Co-op partner you would want for every game.

3DS Mansion was the first one I played, as a 30 year old, and I thought it was dope. Didn't feel like it was just for children, it was challenging and fun. Partly game design, partly control. I have large hands, they don't always get along with the 3DS, but I modified my hands into claws to get by. Had a blast exploring the locations, finding the secrets, and just seeing what nonsense they packed in. Have been looking forward to this since they announced, glad to see it's what it needs to be.

Wow, this game has amazing animation and lighting and looks like it could be 60FPS as well. Games like these seem perfect for Switch hardware - not even sure if it would look much better on a PS4.

idk. its good but With a good art style and decent lighting effects you can go a long way. Id say late era 360 could do this game's grafix but with a fuxzzy smear of grease. I hope switch gets an upgrade cause even iphones can hit these effects. I atleast want ps4 on the go when ps5 gets released. PS4 graphics are good enough for most things to look really good. When ps5 comes out and games are photorealistic i think were gonna look back at switch and say its bad.

I liked the 3ds game but I too found it kind of boring. Couldn't hold my attention. This one though seems more interesting with the hotel design. I may have to get it.

@topcyclist: Nah. I'd take that bet. Obviously future games are going to look better, but we are at the point where the artistic merits of a game's visuals are more important than the technical graphical fidelity. Even games from decades ago still look great to me (Wind Waker, Okami, Yoshi's Island...) if they were not trying to be realistic.

@wollywoo: Yeah i get you. Lots of old games even ps1 still look good due to art style. Hope it works out for switch. Im looking for at least ps4 grapfics on the go to make anything look good thou. any higher and its diminishing returns.
