Yes, folks. This game ends with the death and rebirth of the universe just like outer wilds. You thought tiny planets was the only similarity. Think again.

Now im used to Deep Rock Abby from the other stream. :(

Oh man, I forgot they programmed this whole Flying Mario power for basically no reason, because the only place you can use it is in that repurposed tutorial area with 100 purple coins, and then you can randomly fly in the Rosalina hub. It's never used again in any other part of the game.

Truly baffling. I wonder if there used to be more levels that used it but they were rough, so they just scrapped the levels but kept the power in the post-game because they did the work so why not.

Fun series! Would love to see a Mario Galaxy 2 playthrough

@bisonhero: I did read somewhere that there were intended to be more applications to that Power Up but then it didn't come together for some reason. Don't remember where though.
