"Stop impersonating him" is actually referring to Big Boss. Solid Snake doesn't like that Solidus is acting/looking like their dad. The only reason I know this is because I remember Kojima himself correcting the ambiguity.

I don't mean to be rude, but i disliked the number of times Dan said how awesome the cut-scene was while the cut-scene was playing.

@groker: Potentially because they've been doing GOTY material, as well as being on the Bombcast and Spherecast, I wouldn't be surprised if his voice was a little rusty.

In the conversation between Ocelot and Solidus that Raiden overheard, you hear Solidus say "one step closer to Outer Heaven" - Big Boss's nation for soldiers/private army from Metal Gear 1 on MSX.

Holy wow Drew! It took me so long to beat the Harrier the first (few) times I went through MGS2.
