HD is busted, there's some corruption in the rendering around 5 seconds in that cause the audio to be off by a few seconds

I JUST finished 4 been playing a head of Drew since 1. Thank you so much for doing this series, it was just enough of a push to get me to play what has become one of my (now) favorite game series!

Oh, Drew. Almost a year later and he still pushes back against what the games give him and tries to brute force it.

Gosh this is just the best week.

Watching this again, it still makes me so mad that (end game spoiler) Solid Snake doesn't die saving the world on this mission. He deserved a goddamn hero's death, going out with a bang, doing his thing. There is no place in this world for an old and decrepit Solid Snake. Such terrible writing at the end of this game.

@drewbert@danryckert@unastrike You mentioned that you already filmed all these final episodes on UPF, so there's no need for tips. But here's an Easter Egg!

The iPod I've mentioned a few times has some fun uses. Several of the songs have special effects on the enemies and on Snakes status. If you play that Anime song and open up the menu, Sunny will sometimes be dancing in the video feed in the corner, just like the Beauties do in the White Room.

"Spawning infinite enemies" nope, all of them are actually on the map. You just are failing to look up so far.

I do love how Drew still resists sneaking, this far in. And I mean that seriously since it's such a different play style from my own. It can make it frustrating on your end, but I like seeing how you solve things @drewbert

So...is Drebin the devil? He seems to know the stories of all the Beauty and Beast units, he's a merchant of death and he can create fire out of his fingertips. He also turns an apple into a grenade earlier in the game. Kojima uses a lot of Garden of Eden metaphors with Eva and Ocelot, so I wouldn't be super surprised if he was a nod to the serpent from that story.

EDIT: I tried deleting what I typed earlier to no avail.

I agree with Drew, don't do that to Mei Ling. Now I'm just sad.

On the plus side, vibration is back.

I never saw what that Mantis cutscene was like with a Dualshock 3 because I had a Sixaxis when I played this game. That's pretty silly!

Worst final act to a great game. Still an all time great Final Boss Fight.
