@chalkcharmer: The game was originally going to have Lisa (from P.T.) decoys in it that made creepy noises.

Oh god that would've been great. Are there any other decoys/vocals? (I never used decoys in my playthrough)

Did they just completely forget what Jason told them? This mission went pretty quickly when I started doing the hand-to-hand combat, stabbing them with their swords and then shooting them, exactly like what Jason told them. I just don't understand why they completely ignored Jason's advice and kept complaining that they had to "brute force" this mission.

It's frustrating when they can't figure out stuff on their own, but infuriating when they just completely ignore Jason's advice.

Anybody else having the video freeze up (but audio progressing) at 3:32? It goes back to normal at around 3:50. Weird.

Edit: Never mind, Jason addressed it.

Huh. Had no idea you could even get that far away from the old man. Hiding inside, going upstairs? I presumed, since there was an army of zombies around the helicopter, and they seemed to replenish after killing most of them, that going too far away would just lead them to eat the geezer and fail the mission. They did get him for me once after I tried just hiding behind the very same helicopter to figure out what to do. So I spent the whole darn fight running in circles around the helicopter, assuming I couldn't leave, unloading every lethal weapon I had on the damn things (which wasnt a lot, and saying "you can just develop better stuff, gosh, explore your options" barely applies when everything that isn't worthless takes at least 18 minutes of in-game time to develop). I think it took me maybe 45 minutes to beat this one, but also somewhere around 30 retries until I just got plain good enough to parry all their attacks and quick enough to call in ammo drops without getting torn up while standing out in the open.

Never gave Quiet a lethal weapon. She was taking out the puppets non-lethally the whole time. I refuse to take the easy way out.

Jason calling Dan out for being cheap in how he gamed this mission cracked me up.

Finally getting around to finishing this series so I have a few comments in other episodes but I gotta say it in this.

They always say "there's no wrong way to play this game." Well, technically, no but actually yes and there's also a bad way and inefficient way to play the game too and that unfortunately is Drew's play style. Sure he completes the mission but man oh man, does he go about finishing them in the most unnecessarily complicated ways. Running and gunning is not the easy way to play this game. Slow and steady and on the first or second try is always better than fast and sloppy after a dozen tries.

Still love and miss ya, Drew!
