Inexplicable Eric Pope is my favorite Eric Pope.

I'm not even into fighting games and still(!) this looks like one of the titles that could convince me to buy a Xbox One at some point in the relatively near future. I really like the visual style.

I'm not much of a fighting game person, but this looks pretty decent. The action seems faster than most, which is actually a draw for me.

Have not played this game and probably never will (looks fun, though) and I have no nostalgia for Killer Instinct, but holy shit do I love the menu music.

I love some Killer Instinct. I'm not good at it, but I really like it.

Promoted me to load up KI, that upgrade to 900 pixies is a massive improvement to picture clarity.

Then I got my arse handed to me by boo AI. Out of practice.

Have there been any changes to previous characters for season 2?

I don't like the releasing 1 character per month thing... I've paid for them, give me them all up front!

I'm not a fighting game guy but this game looks so fucking cool. That combo around 18 minutes looks like it would feel amazing to pull off.

It really hurts my soul that I can't play this.

Loved playing season 1 at a friend's place, will pick this up when I buy a Xbone!

Don't wanna be a hater, but almost everything I've seen of what IG has done with the game has left me pretty luke warm about them taking over, especially when it comes to presentation. That's not to say it's terrible or anything, but Double Helix set a pretty high standard. Both the new stages lack a certain amount of "depth" compared to most of the old stages, and comparing Maya to Orchid or Sadira there's a pretty noticable difference in both technical and art design.

Hopefully they'll improve over time and nail the old favorites. Would be a shame to see the franchise fade away again after such an amazing revitalization.

Christ, this thing is almost unwatchable. The button sounds are almost louder than the people talking.
