that full speed into wall is scripted... no need to restart there. Also -one box is half of tank. So it's a waste to use 2 boxes to refill half of tank. Anyway -great game and fun quick look !

why not both

I wanted to love this game but it's length (just over 2 hours for me!) and some jank here and there kinda spoiled it. I love how it looks and the soundtrack is very relaxing, but it really needed some polish to it.

The premium cut was a clever commentary on how most quick looks are so long these days because the games are unnecessarily complex and require so much time to discuss what they have to offer. This director's cut is just expanding on the lore to give the complainers what they think they want out of this masterpiece, but it's just a hollow second extension with a new commercial ending.

Vinny talks about starting a new game destroying his previous save, but doesn't the game put up a message literally saying previous saves will remain unaffected..?

I don't know, does the game ever explain why you use the train/boat thing? It's just really weird that it's slower than your actual walking speed, and the only way they prevent you from playing the entire game on foot is that they (according to Vinny in the video) arbitrarily block you from walking too far from the vehicle?

This looks fantastic, will get it when it's out on console for sure

@fisk0: It seems like the boat-train-thing is much faster than your on-foot speed, especially when factoring in the "steam-boost" mechanic. The only reason Vinny was able to (barely) keep up with the vehicle when he was grabbing fuel without stopping was because he left the thing in Neutral, as it were.

Also, it looks like the machine is necessary to smash/climb obstacles that can't be overcome on foot.

Beautiful game. Maybe I'll pick it up in the future.

If at some point, the whole screen doesn't go greyscale, and you run over the kid from Limbo really slowly, I feel like this was a missed opportunity.
